4 Chicken breasts
2 tbsp mango chutney
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp clear honey
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp peri peri sauce
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp wholegrain mustard
salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 220C/Gas Mark 7.
Lightly slash the chicken thighs.
Combine the spice honey ingredients, add the chicken and coat evenly.
Place in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the juices run clear.
Leave to rest for a few minutes and serve.
